  • Alfie and Co. processes vary contingent upon your family or employment needs and wants. Interviewing and vetting processes are conducted for both candidates and clients.

    For clients, you will begin by contacting our team and sending in the form located under the Client Opportunity tab. A member of our team will reach out to you to discuss and confirm details, as well as work towards arranging your caregiver match.

    For candidates, you will begin by sending in your formal application via the Job Opportunity tab. Once finished, a member of our team will reach out to arrange an interview and interview you at that point. Once the interview is completed, reference calls, background checks, and drug testing will be completed (if required). You will then be matched with a job position suited to your needs.

I started in the childcare industry in my home state of Illinois where I was a nanny for several families. I moved to Georgia in 2020 where I continued to care for children and quickly developed a client base that was too much for just myself. I decided soon after to start my own business so I could provide families with the care they deserve by building a team of reliable and experienced childcare providers. Alfie & Co. quickly took off and we now serve over 150+ families in the Savannah and surrounding areas. We cannot wait to have you as a part of the Alfie & Co. family!

My name is Alfie and I am a 5 pound Yorkie who was rescued from a family by my furmom Camryn. I am the mascot for Alfie & Co. and even visit client families from time to time as I love playing with children and animals. When I am not riding in my moms purse, I am playing with my best friends, four German Shepherds.
